This policy explains what personal information Urotate — operated by Ash Aura LLC — collects through urotate.com and our scanning service, why we collect it, and your rights over it. We don't sell your personal data.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us directly — name, email, phone number — when you request a quote, buy Tokens, or message us.
- Uploaded files — the photos, video, or other input you upload to generate a scan.
- Account details when you create an account — your email address, and, if you choose "Continue with Google", the name, email address and profile picture Google shares with us. If you sign up with a password instead, the password is hashed by our authentication provider and is never visible to us.
- Your Token balance and a record of Token purchases and generations made on your account.
- Payment information processed by Stripe when you pay for a scan. We do not receive or store your full card number; Stripe handles that data under its own privacy policy.
- Website usage data such as pages visited and browser type, used only to understand and improve the site.
How we use it
- To quote, schedule, and deliver your 3D scan.
- To process payment through Stripe and keep basic billing records.
- To respond to your messages and provide customer support.
How we share it
We share information only with the service providers needed to run the business — currently Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (account sign-in and Token balances), Google (only if you choose to sign in with Google) and Mercury / our banking partners (business banking). We don't sell or rent your personal information to third parties. Stripe may use data shared with it according to its own privacy policy, and may further share it with its own service providers as needed to process your payment.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the Services and meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which we delete or anonymize it.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing jonatanbityaev@gmail.com.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Payment data never touches our own servers — it's handled directly by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the date at the top will reflect the latest revision.
