Urotate is a 3D product-scanning service operated by Ash Aura LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (urotate.com) and the scanning, editing, hosting, and embed services we provide (the "Services"). By requesting a scan, using our website, or paying an invoice, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
You upload photos or video of a physical product, and we use Gaussian Splatting to generate an interactive 3D model you can download or view via a direct link or embed on your own website. Token cost depends on the product's size and complexity, as described on our pricing page or in a direct quote.
2. Your Responsibilities
- You confirm you own or have the right to have the product photographed, scanned, and displayed online.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and quality of any photos, video, or other input files you upload, and for the accuracy of any contact details or product notes you give us.
- You won't upload content that infringes someone else's rights or that you don't have permission to use.
3. Tokens and Payment
Scans are paid for using Tokens, which you purchase in advance and spend on scanning services as you use them. Payments are processed securely through Stripe; we do not store your full card details on our own systems.
- Add-on Token purchases are valid for ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. Any Tokens unused at the end of that 90-day window expire and are forfeited.
- If we later offer subscription-based Token plans, Tokens allocated for a billing period do not roll over and any unused portion expires at the end of that period.
- Promotional or bonus Tokens, if any, may expire earlier as stated when issued, have no cash value, and are non-transferable.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds, cancellations, and re-shoot requests are handled under our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.
5. Content and Ownership
You retain ownership of your product and brand. Once delivered and paid for, the 3D scan is yours to use as agreed at the time of the order. We may use finished scans in our own portfolio or marketing (for example, on this website) unless you ask us not to.
6. Service Availability
We do our best to keep the site and hosted scans available at all times, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for outages caused by third-party hosting, networking, or browser issues outside our control.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ash Aura LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the scan or service giving rise to the claim.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
