Where does my donation go?
Into building Urotate, whose goal is to make 3D Gaussian Splatting easy for web designers and developers to use in their work: development, infrastructure and improving the quality and speed of generation. Your Tokens are our thank-you for supporting the project early, and donors get priority access from the waitlist when generation opens.
Do Tokens expire?
Tokens from donations and one-time packs are valid for 120 days. If you get them before Urotate generation launches, the 120 days start on launch day, so you won't lose any time while you wait. If you get them after launch, the 120 days start from the day of purchase. Subscription Tokens refresh every billing cycle and don't roll over — your subscription balance is spent first, then any purchased Tokens. See our Terms of Service for the full policy.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, any time — you keep your current cycle's Tokens until it ends, and won't be charged again after that.
Can I get a refund?
No — a donation is a voluntary contribution to support the project, so donations are non-refundable. The extra Tokens are a free thank-you gift (no cash value, non-transferable), not a purchase. Once you can buy Tokens directly to pay for generation, those paid purchases will be refundable under our Refund Policy.
How is my payment processed?
Through Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — see our Privacy Policy.
