Do Tokens expire?

One-time purchased Token packs are valid for 90 days from purchase. Subscription Tokens refresh every billing cycle and don't roll over — your subscription balance is spent first, then any purchased Tokens. See our Terms of Service for the full policy.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, any time — you keep your current cycle's Tokens until it ends, and won't be charged again after that.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, within 7 days of purchase if you haven't spent any Tokens from that purchase yet. Details in our Refund Policy.
